During surgery, David experienced a powerful, life-changing moment where he felt a spiritual calling assuring him of a bright future ahead. Upon waking in the ICU, his first words were a prayer of gratitude—setting the tone for the rest of his life.
Finding Purpose on the Geriatric Floor
During a difficult six-month recovery in pediatric rehabilitation, David struggled with depression and loss of independence. A physical therapist suggested he visit the geriatric floor, where participating in activities like Wheel of Fortune and arts & crafts alongside older patients helped him stay grounded. This early exposure planted a seed of empathy for seniors and individuals navigating the loss of physical autonomy.
From Uber Driver to Home Care Owner
After moving to Las Vegas post-COVID, David began driving for Uber to learn the area and meet locals. Through assisting senior passengers with errands and doctor visits, he realized his true passion lay in personal care services.
